JTG University is a two month bootcamp for new recruits, inspired by the award-winning study by Harvard Business School Professors, Thomas J. DeLong and Michael Paley.
Designed to transform fresh young minds into seasoned industry-ready technical leaders, the program focuses on training recruits to leverage advanced technology to develop solutions, handle critical situations and deliver success, with quality being a vital benchmark.
The unique training program peppers work with weekly parties, events and activities aplenty to ensure that the fun quotient is always sky high.
