There’s nothing mundane about the parties we have at JTG- because we know how to pull out all the stops when it comes to having a blast!
Our annual house parties are an absolute rave and the latest one was surely an all-night extravaganza to remember!
August 2018 saw a wild and zany casino-themed party on our office premises, with all the team members geared up to have the time of their lives.
Preps started from late afternoon (although the organizing committee had been tirelessly working on it for days). People happily chipped in and worked in tandem with the HR to set the tone and transform the rooftop space into a kickass mix of Caesar’s Palace and Circus Circus.
Two set-ups were planned for drinkers and teetotallers. The entire floor was set for the party with casino-themed paraphernalia and props. Even before the sun set, our fun loving bunch of team members were already in the groove.
The REAL party started post 6pm as people unplugged their laptops and came all dressed in red and black to play the part. Looking dapper in tuxedos and svelte dresses, it didn’t take long for the attendees to come into their own. With the DJ kicking up a storm on the dance floor, a lot of the party animals stationed themselves in front of roulette tables to do what you really do in a casino.
As the party got wilder, there were fun games like beer pong and roulette where the numbered compartment the ball falls into determines how many drinks you have to chug down!
And of course there were the most delicious nibbles constantly doing the rounds. We might enjoy an occasional west-themed party, but when it comes to the palate, we’re out an out desi! Biriyani, chicken tikka, mutton kebabs, and a slew of spicy snacks were the staple with the drinks constantly flowing!
But that’s not how the party ended. Josh team members aren’t that sane when it comes to having an all-night bash. Who wants to go home when we’re just getting started?
While the dancing and games continued into the wee hours of the morning, sleeping arrangements were made inside the office. Every room had speakers for more music, a projector was installed for a late night movie marathon and there was an all-night gaming session in case you were done making moolah in the casino!
So that pretty much sums up what our parties are like in JTG. This is truly the place where the party never ends! When we work hard, that’s all we do. We’re proud of our dedicated bunch of techies who believe in going the extra mile. And when we party- well…….the same holds true as well!
